Verse Idea:

Description:After the last 100 year war, Utopia has descended upon earth. Only a few cities are left in the world that are safe enough to live in, and all of those are crime free and hate free. The World Government has “Bleached” the people into behaving properly, creating the perfect working and living societies within environmental bubbles. England is under one such protective bubble with every citizen working under perfect, happy conditions.
Bleaching (a form of memory cleaning) however has side effects on some people and after some time the effects of the treatment start to wear off, sometimes into madness and sometimes into memory. For those who slip and give away clues of falling outside the norm, a crew of Whitecoats will appear and make that person ‘better’ or ‘disappear’.
A rebel underground had started to spring up however. Those who remembered started to join the underground forces, though they were still weak in numbers. Information is huge and anything that can be used to help assist those either just ‘waking up’ from the bleaching, or save those taken into custody is in high value.
Teams of people have started to form here and there, doing work to help those in need as they come to their old selves and are lost on what to do in order to hide again. The roles are the same, though an Extractor tends to extract a person from a bad place to a safe one. Forgers are those who move information, change information, and thieve information for or to others. The Pointman is a well used information broker and jack of all trades. These groups of rebels not only move underground, but also mingle in the everyday world, pretending to still be bleached and happy in order to help those waking up.

Arthur & Fem!Eames - Pointman and Forger. One or the other 'waking up' and needing to get out. Or one having woken up and trying to play it off as normal but having a hard time with that, where the other runs into them and attempts to assist.
